Physical Products:

If you aren't satisfied with your product(s), you have seven (7) calendar days from shipper delivery confirmation to request a return or refund. Full refund to your original payment method or full exchange value in the form of store credit will only be issued if the item has not been worn or washed and still has tags attached. If item has been worn, washed, and/or tags have been removed and is in acceptable resale condition, the refund or exchange value as a store credit will be 50% of the amount paid. If the item is not in acceptable resale condition, regardless of worn/washed/tags terms. Hey Kai, The Self-Love Hippie reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Coaching, Workshops, Social Clubs, + Other Services:

Hey Kai, The Self-Love Hippie has a no refund policy and has the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions, retreats, workshops, or any other service at any time. There will be no refunds for paid sessions, missed sessions, retreats, workshops, or any other service. Should an event, coaching session, retreat, workshop, or any other service need to be canceled or rescheduled due to force majeure circumstances out of our control, half of all monies paid, less the deposits made to travel companies or other third parties involved in the coaching session, retreat, workshop, or any other service, are transferable for up to one year from date of said coaching session, retreat, workshop or any other service & may be used as a credit towards the rescheduled or future retreat, workshop, coaching program, event, or any other service.
